Help Us Keep JejaRealty Safe

If you believe a property listing contains inaccurate information, is fraudulent, violates our Listing Policy, or presents a potential safety concern, please report it to our team.

Your report can help us review potentially problematic content and protect other users.

What Should You Report?

You can report listings that may contain:

  • False property information.
  • Incorrect pricing.
  • Fake or misleading photographs.
  • Unauthorised property advertising.
  • Duplicate or spam listings.
  • Suspected scams.
  • Fraudulent payment requests.
  • Misleading ownership claims.
  • Unlawful or prohibited content.
  • Harassment or abusive content.
  • Suspicious external links.
  • Other serious policy violations.

How to Report a Property

Option 1: Use the Report Listing Button

If available:

  1. Open the property listing.
  2. Select Report Listing.
  3. Choose the relevant reason.
  4. Provide details.
  5. Submit your report.

Option 2: Contact JejaRealty

Please provide:

  • Property title.
  • Listing URL or listing ID.
  • Reason for your report.
  • Relevant evidence or information.
  • Your contact details if you want us to follow up.

What Happens After You Report?

JejaRealty may review the information provided and take appropriate action.

Possible actions include:

  • Requesting additional information.
  • Asking the advertiser to correct information.
  • Temporarily restricting the listing.
  • Removing the listing.
  • Restricting an advertiser account.
  • Escalating serious matters where appropriate.

A report does not automatically mean that the listing or advertiser has violated a policy.

Emergency or Immediate Safety Concerns

JejaRealty’s reporting system should not be used as a replacement for emergency services.

If you believe you are facing an immediate threat to your safety, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.

Confidentiality

Where reasonably possible, information about individuals making reports will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may need to disclose information where required by law or necessary to investigate serious matters.

False Reports

Users should submit reports honestly and in good faith.

Repeatedly submitting knowingly false reports may result in restrictions on platform access.
